Dr. Ulrich Niklas and Alexander Schott received a donation of 15,000 EUR for "Perspective Senegal e. V."

 

Roding, January 20, 2010 - “Giving perspectives” - that was the creed of this year’s Christmas campaign of the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation. The donation in the amount of 15,000 EUR was given to “Perspective Senegal e. V.”. The association Perspective Senegal was founded in 2002 with the aim to give street children in Senegal a perspective. Perspective Senegal operates a training and living centre for 36 children. The assisted children can attend school and receive an officially recognized vocational training (e. g. joiner, shoemaker, mechanic). In the future the capacity shall be enhanced to give even more children the chance for a future.

 
 

 
 

On the occasion of the 5th Mühlbauer Run even two projects were supported by a donation

 

 

Roding, June 20, 2009 - On the occasion of the 5th Mühlbauer Run, the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation provided a total donation of EUR 40,000. This donation was distributed to the Thomas Wiser Haus and the association "Vision for the wordl". Each association received a donation of EUR 20,000. "Vision for the world" will support selective projects to prevent and heal blindness in the Third World, while the charitable Thomas Wiser Haus will use the donation for the improvement of its broad youth welfare service.

 
 

 
 

Roding, January 2009 - The organization Interplast Germany was delighted about a Christmas donation of the Josef Mühlbauer foundation at a value of 15.000 EUR. Interplast Germany provides free of charge plastic-surgical operations in developing countries.

 
 

 
 

Roding, June 07, 2008 - According to the slogan "We help by running"  the 4th Mühlbauer run supported the international social project "St. Mary's School" of pastor Joseph Kata. In so doing Pastor Kata received a donation of EUR 20,000 from the Josef Mühlbauer foundation to build up a school in India for needy children.

 

More than 1,000 people were running for a social and charitable purpose at the 4th Mühlbauer Run.

 
 

 
 

Roding, January 18, 2008 - "Help knows no bounds" - the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation more than fulfills this motto by means of a currently carried out donation handover on the occasion of its 2007 Christmas fund-raising campaign. It makes the total donation amount of EUR 55,000 available to two charitable and humanitarian projects in Romania and in South Africa. Therefore, the foundation aids in regions in most need of help.

June 16, 2007 -  Also in 2007 the Mühlbauer Run was organized for the benefit of a charitable project so that the Mühlbauer Foundation was able to give a donation of more than EUR 30,000 to the Regensburg-based VKKK (association for helping children in Eastern Bavaria suffering from cancer or physical handicaps).

 

VKKK chairman Prof. Dr. med. Franz-Josef Helmig thanks the employees for their effort at the run.

 
 

 
 

Jan 30, 2007 – The Josef Mühlbauer Foundation don`t follow the watering can principle but its commitment is focused on sustainability. Therefore the Foundation of the company founder, Josef Muehlbauer, supported with its christmas action the initiative "citizen help citizens" as already in the previous year. Numerous enterprises followed the example of the Mühlbauer AG and donated in place of christmas presents altogether 18,000 EUR for people from less well off backgrounds, who are need of help.

 

Mr Hubert Forster, CFO of Mühlbauer AG, handed out 18.000 EUR to citizens help citizens on behalf of the foundation.

 
 

 
 
 

July 15 2006 – A reason to be happy for Dr. Hans-Peter Siedhoff, head of the clinic St. Hedwig in Regensburg : In the context of the 2nd Mühlbauer-Run the Josef Mühlbauer foundation handed over a cheque for the amount of EUR 30.000 for the child cancer ward of the clinic. There donations are needed to grant heavy ill children a comprehensive help which is beyond the medically necessary help.

Dec 22, 2005 - The Josef Mühlbauer foundation is now no more than one month old and can already celebrate its first success: The charitable foundation collected in a space of few weeks a donation amount of after all EUR 15,000 for the initiative "Citizens help Citizens" to support unculpable stranded people of the administrative district Cham.
