The HSO 30000 is a fully flexible and modular personalization system for different card applications from the easy "scratch-off" and low-cost cards up to banking cards.
Incoming cards are separated scratch-free one-by-one by a card input stacker, proven from the Mühlbauer card inspection lines. The optical personalization (text, barcodes and logos) is done by a full color inkjet printing unit (DoD or constant drop technology). A labeling unit applies various labels in different sizes to cover numbers or text like a PIN.
