SSC 200

The SSC 200 machine concept is as simple as it is ingenious. One operator collates the core sheets and aligns them manually at the adjustable stop pins. The machine is absolutely independent from material and thickness. Two collating tables in different sizes are included into the standard configuration. Further collating tables in customized sizes can additionally be ordered.

DS VARIATION picks up dies from the wafer and places them onto different possible carrier. Flip or non flip can be chosen by software. Dies can be placed into carrier like carrier tape, waffle pack, jedec tray, film frame, glass tools, lead frame or other carriers. Multi bin also possible!
